Our Background:

We respect the confidentiality of our clients. The founder, Audrey Jones, is a horsewoman who grew up raising, breaking, and showing horses—mucking out stalls, cleaning saddles, and learning to drive as a teenager in a hand-me-down truck. The generations of family preceding her founded Kingsburg, California—where her grandparents initially worked in a peach cannery after World War II. Some of Audrey’s most cherished memories are of sharing baskets of warm, fresh-off-the-farm, sun-ripened fruit with cousins and siblings there in the early summer while listening to live Swedish folk music. The majority of her family went into biological science—becoming doctors, scientists, and dentists. That inspired a longstanding, deep love of knowledge and ways to apply it to make life better. After working on a winning presidential campaign, a presidential defense commission whose recommendations were unanimously approved by Congress, Capitol Hill, and for one of the country’s top think tanks, she set out to grow her own business. Returning to California, Audrey launched her first company in Menlo Park, Washington, D.C., and London. She built out reputations of what now are some of the top 5 venture firms in the world, the most highly valued tech companies in the world, and some of the most innovative cancer-fighting companies in the world. A lover of the land at heart, she is combining her background in movement building and technology with solving agricultural problems and shaking up how things have always been done—to do them better and more beautifully than ever before.
